A Winter Harkness Engagement Session in Waterford, CT

All I have to say about Margaret and Vincent is they are rockstars!! We thought it was going to be a warm and beautiful spring day… It ended being a cold winter Harkness engagement session! But looking at these two, you would never know it!

I mean seriously! These two were absolute pros during their session! They endured the chill in the air so we could capture these sweet images. They were so adventurous and ready for anything. We had the park, mostly, to ourselves! SO we were able to photograph in areas that are usually packed with other people. It was so fun to be able to explore other areas of this beautiful park. And adding such a gorgeous couple in the mix, it’s a perfect combination!

Throughout the session we were all laughing. It was very easy to chat and joke around together. It’s one of my favorite pasts about working with BG Couples! They are always such fun, outgoing and excited for our time together. Margaret and Vincent were definitely no exception! Being able to capture their love just brought joy to my heart. You can tell these two would do anything for each other.

One of the jokes we had going on throughout the session was “think of warm hot chocolate!” And did it work! Not only did it help them think of being warm but it brought the best smiles across their faces. I then learned their smiles and laughs were from the fact that Vincent LOVES hot chocolate!! He told me he could drink it ALL year long! So you bet he was looking forward to a large and delicious hot chocolate after our session!
