What can I say about Natalia and Mike’s? Amazing, fun, beautiful! Just a few words that come to mind. I mean a wonderful couple who brings their dog, where can you go wrong?!
I loved spending time with this couple! We first met at the 2021 Bridal Expo at Mohegan Sun Casino (you can get tickets to this years expo HERE). Natalia and I clicked instantly! When she told me her and Mike wanted me as their photographer, I was so excited! When we met for coffee before their engagement session, we could just sat and chatted for hours. It was like having coffee with your friends. We talked about their love story, wedding ideas and life in general. The conversation flowed easily!
Come their Elizabeth Park, West Hartford engagement session, we all couldn’t have been more excited. When they first arrived, I definitely spent some time playing with their adorable dog, Garfield! And he gave me so many puppy kisses!! I love dogs, I’m the kind of girl that when I see a dog walk by me, I have to say “awwwwwww, your dog is soooo cute” or I may ask to pet the dog. I just love them!
After I got to have fun with Garfield, we started their session by the Pond House (where they are getting married in a few months!). From the start, Natalia and Mike were NATURALS in front of the camera. With only a few little tips from me, they just were naturals being absolutely adorable together. One of the tips for posing was how to get into a sweet version of the “prom pose”. The nailed it! (I even received a text from Natalia of a photo of Mike doing the “prom pose” with Garfield, saying they were practicing posing. It made my day!)
These two are just so sweet and fun together, always smiling and laughing. I am so excited to be able to capture their joy and love to cherish forever.
