It’s our first house, and we are so excited to make beautiful family memories here.

I cannot believe it! We have been searching and searching for our house since 2020. It has been a long hard journey. After touring dozens of homes, and even putting in offers on a handful, we finally found it. We found our first house! It is the first house we will make amazing family memories in with our son Carter. His first steps will be taken in this house, he will turn one year old in this house and possible ride his first bike while living in this home. I could cry thinking of all the moments that will be created here.

We have so much we are already doing inside! The whole house has been painted, right now the hardwood is being refinished and the whole second floor is being updated with laminate flooring! Atleast we know a flooring guy (wink wink), Nate’s family owns the Floor Covering Shop in Norwich, CT. It’s amazing what a few coats of paint and new floors can do to a house, making it feel like yours, like a home.

While we have many plans for the future, we will be excited to settle into the house as homeowners.
