A celestial inspired black and gold wedding at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station in Haddam, CT.
What a perfect way to begin the 2023 wedding season! A beautiful and unique celestial wedding style, Amanda and JonEvan’s wedding day was full of love and joy. For being a wedding in mid-March you may think of cold grey skies. Well, for their wedding it may have been chilly but it was full of blue skies and sun!
One of my favorite parts of being a part of wedding days, is seeing the vision my couples have come to life! Amanda and JonEvan’s celestial wedding at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station was the perfect way to finish off the winter season, and welcome spring. The golds and black decor was both classic and whimsical. Can we all agree that Amanda’ dress was stunning?! I may have been a little too excited about it when I walked into her getting ready suite. It was the perfect gown for their celestial wedding.
Truly the most touching moment, when the two shared in a meditation, reading of their vows and signing the Ketubah. There were no dry eyes, in a room of only five of us. It was a raw and pure moment of love. Having someone, whether it be a rabbi or loved, walk you through a touching mediation about marriage and love, is something every couple should experience.
